Clubhouse rental is for current homeowners who have no outstanding HOA dues. Use of the clubhouse is a privilege and may be revoked if rules are not followed.
Rental Rates are $50 for 4 hours or $100 for up to 10 hours.
During pool season, there is an additional $20 per hour lifeguard fee for the time your guests will use the pool. Please pay for the additional lifeguard and reserve the lifeguard separately.
Make sure your clubhouse reservation includes your set up and clean up time. There are no guarantees that you can get in early or stay late.
