The Architectural Request form is located at https://app.payhoa.com .  After creating an account, navigate to the requests tab from the left side menu.  Submit early because it can take up to 30 days for approval. 

The covenants from the early phases to the late phases vary slightly with shingle requirements. As a result, the HOA has made a rule to allow shingles in all areas to be handled equally. All shingles must be composite and be WEATHERED WOOD or GRAY in color. The gray may be slate gray, or blended gray.Shingles may be regular or Class 4 impact-resistant.

 

Some examples of colors that are not approved are black, red, green, or tan. 

The neighborhood has a Facebook Group that is quite active. In the group you can ask questions and find out about current events.

To get on the HOA distribution list, all you have to do is register an account on https://app.payhoa.com with the email address you want to receive official notifications. You can create secondary level account for a spouse or yourself with additional email accounts that you want to receive notifications. 

The HOA manages the common areas (pool, soccer field, playground, medians, undeveloped areas) and community funds. Through the covenants, the HOA has the authority to enforce certain aspects of the appearance of a homeowner's lot. Concerns about any of the above should be directed to the HOA.

 

The HOA has no authority or ability to enforce the behavior of homeowners such as driving speeds, loud noise, dogs barking, unsupervised children, parking, or other issues that occur on their own property or on city streets. For those concerns, please talk to the homeowner directly, contact the City Action Center, or if necessary, the police.

The Stillmeadows HOA clubhouse is available for rental by HOA members in good status. The building has a main room that is approximately 50ft x 30ft in size with a kitchen and restrooms attached. Inside there are 10 folding tables (8 eight foot and 2 six foot), 53 folding chairs, and 2 couches. Take a virtual tour of the clubhouse on the reservations link.

The neighborhood garage sale is routinely scheduled for a weekend in May or June. We attempt to hold it at the same time as neighboring communities to increase the draw of customers to the area. The exact date will be announced when weather and competing events are known. A garage sale permit is required by the city if you plan to participate.

Most issues can be addressed with a reasonable conversation with your neighbor. But, if it's a vacant lot or beyond a conversation, the City of OKC Action Center handles nuisance items like tall grass & weeds, inoperable vehicles, illegal parking, junk & debris and many other issues. To report a street light outage, please contact OG&E Customer Service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at 405-272-9741 (Oklahoma City) or 800-272-9741 (all other areas). 

The city collects trash bins on Tuesday morning. Recycling bins are collected every other week. Use the tool here to find the next Recycle Day.

 

To participate in large trash pickup, have your items at the curb on the first Monday of the month.

The HOA pool is accessed via a key FOB that is provided to each new homeowner upon moving into the neighborhood. Additional key FOBs or replacement of lost key FOBs may be purchased for $25. The HOA Pool is open for use by HOA members in good standing and guests when accompanied by the HOA member. Please review the HOA Pool Rules for details. School bus stops occur on public city streets so the HOA has no say in where the bus stops are located. Please contact the school district transportation office with your request.
